DCB Bank Limited is an eminent private sector scheduled commercial bank in India. It has a network of 331 branches and around 505 ATMs in the country. They currently rely on  IBM’s Lotus Notes Application for Email & Collaboration. Business enterprises are constantly living under targeted threats, data & security breaches are as common as anything today. With the advent of exponentially growing advanced threats like ransomware, forged email detection/Business email compromise (BEC) , domain spoofing, spear- phishing, advanced persistent threat (APT) & advance malware (AMP) attacks, being in the BFSI domain, governed by RBI’s compliance requirement, the need of the hour was to have a robust email security solution.

Our Team at Logix deployed Cisco Email Security with Cisco® Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) for DCB Bank. Cisco AMP is an intelligence-powered, integrated, enterprise-class advanced malware analysis and protection solution. It provides global threat intelligence to strengthen network defenses, analysis engines to block malicious files in real time, and the ability to continuously monitor and analyze all file behavior and traffic even after initial inspection. These capabilities provide unmatched visibility into potential threat activity and the control to then rapidly detect, contain, and eliminate malware. AMP uses global threat intelligence from Cisco’s Talos Security Intelligence and Research Group and Threat Grid’s threat intelligence feeds to strengthen defenses and protect against known and emerging threats
